Dipti Shukla

Dipti Shukla is the President of NetWeb. Dipti provides the strategic vision and support for NetWeb’s growth. Prior to becoming the President in 2015, Dipti was responsible for managing operations and finance at NetWeb’s USA office. Dipti is an energetic leader and highly passionate about NetWeb’s success and growth. She pursues several artistic hobbies, loves animals and great supporter of philanthropic activities.

Maulik Bhansali

— Chief Executive Officer

Maulik Bhansali is the CEO of NetWeb, having started his journey with NetWeb since its inception. Maulik is a dynamic leader, with over 25 years of industry experience, who intensely responds to the continuous changes in the technology industry. As the CEO, Maulik sets the vision & strategy for NetWeb with a tenacious commitment to deliver for the customers, employees, and stakeholders. Maulik speaks regularly and frequently on various technology & educational associations. He strongly believes in giving back to ecosystem and community by means of contribution to the academia.

He is NASSCOM’s National SME Council Member for the third consecutive term and is Governing Council member of the IT and ITES Sector Skills Council NASSCOM.  Maulik is also a founding member of TiE Vadodara and is currently Senior Vice President of TiE Vadodara. He is the Past Chairman and Director of the Gujarat Electronics and Software Industries Association (GESIA IT Association) and currently plays an advisory role at GESIA IT Association. He is on the Board of Management and Board of Studies with several known universities.

Ankit Shah

Ankit Shah is the Director & VP Business Development at NetWeb. Ankit is responsible for global business development and identifies newer markets, strategies, initiatives and growth opportunities for NetWeb. A strong leader, with a 25 year’s varied experience in business development, sales, marketing and global client account management. Ankit holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai. Ankit likes reading, enjoys food and traveling.

Norman is a seasoned and highly experienced business development professional with a focus on M&A. He is widely recognized for his two and a half decades of expertise in helping businesses rapidly achieve their goals through acquisition, licensing and strategic investments. He has prior experience at Cap Gemini, Computer Associates, Micro Focus and Blue Cross Blue Shield. He assists the Netweb team in identifying potential acquisition candidates and catalyzing strategic investments in IT consulting firms, professional services companies, managed service providers, and SaaS technology companies. His unique combination of technical and consultative skills, as well as his deep knowledge across a broad spectrum of industries and verticals equips him with an exhaustive toolkit, both on the level of strategy and implementation, which he facilitates with unprecedented access to resources and capital.
