The Key Performance Indicators solution was developed using Cognos. The solution was a part of an eIntelligence Business Suite that provided a common business objects platform to integrate different legacy enterprise applications and provide a universal view of the enterprise.
The Key Performance Indicators were designed for all departments of an enterprise including Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Finance and included graphs, trends and drill-downs for different categories of users including CXO, department heads and other business users.
